I will make a house call bringing a bike repair stand and tools to your home when it best fits your schedule. Also, if you are near the Minneapolis northwest metro area I can pick up your bike, repair it at my house and then return it back to you or you can drop your bike off to me.

Many repairs and upgrades require special tools and an experienced bike mechanic. I will give you all of the options so you can save on costs, unneeded maintenance and let you decide which choice to make. My goal is to give exceptional service to keep you as a returning customer. What types of bikes do you service?
I have experience servicing road, tri, mountain, hybrid, gravel, cross, spinning and all kinds of kids bikes. I have even assembled many adult tricycles. Contact me about the serviceability of your bike.
How long will it take to service my bike?
A typical repair or upgrade takes less than an hour (minimum service is one hour). If that is the case then I will fulfill the hour lubricating/tuning/cleaning your bike. I will let you know before proceeding if the service will be longer than an hour. For a house call I can work on other bikes to fulfill the hour. A pickup/return is very convenient as it provides time flexibility on both sides and service time is more lenient.
What is the best form of payment for your services?
Cash is king, but I also accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. Bartering services not out of the question ;-)
How long have you been in the bike repair business?
I have been building and repairing bikes for over 25 years. Professionally I have been repairing bikes on the side for over 9 years starting when I ran CycleQuest Studio and used a spare office as my workshop. I spent over a year working for Amazon assembling bikes and other exercise equipment bought online.
Do your services come with a warranty?
I offer a 30 day warranty on any service I do on your bike. I will do my best to make sure any issues are resolved to your satisfaction as my main goal is to have you as a repeat customer.
