About Me

 In 2021 I continued my entrepreneurial spirit and changed careers taking my part time Duke's Handyman Services LLC full time in providing handyman home improvement services in the Minneapolis area. This follows owning and operating CycleQuest Studio LLC indoor cycling studio and CycleQuestMN Mobile Bike Repair Services.

In my previous IT career I have over 25 years in the IT field which included experience with VMware VCenter and Windows server administration, Veeam backup and recovery, Cisco and HP networking and SonicWall VPN. Previous as a Microsoft Technical Evangelist supporting the DX ISV tele sales team. My IT background includes storage networking where I spent over 10 years as a SAN administrator and technical account manager, Windows and Novell server administration, network infrastructure support and network staff management. I have served many different IT roles in the healthcare industry with UHG the US federal government with the US District court of DC, a large corporate law firm, large IT businesses like Dell, and Microsoft, and even the Australian government at their US Embassy in Washington DC. 

In 2023 I acquired my State of Minnesota Building Contractor License - #BC807070.

I have always loved fixing things around my own house including fixing my own cars, and have done so for friends and family. Repair knowledge is not enough without experience. From woodworking, flooring, plumbing, electrical, appliance installation/troubleshooting and bike repair, I have fostered all of the skills you need for household repairs and improvement.
